“May the Earth Become the Sky” awarded in DocLisboa ‘22

The International Film Festival DocLisboa selected films of DocNomads students to screen in its Portuguese Competition, Green Years and Heart Beat sections during the 20th edition of the festival held from 6 to 16 October 2022.
Taymour Boulos´ Sounds of Weariness will be screened this month of September in Tirana International Film Festival, Albania, in Pravo Ljudski Film Festival, Bosnia-Herzegovina and in DokuBaku in Azerbaijan. The film was recently presented in the International Cinematographers Film Festival - Manaki Brothers, Macedonia.
Celebrating exactly ten years since September 2012’s launch of the first intake in the program, the inaugural semester of DocNomads 11th Edition (2022-2024) started this week in Lisbon with an international class of 24 students from Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Denmark, France, Georgia, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Latvia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Peru, Sweden, Ukraine, USA and Russia.
DOC NOMADS Erasmus Mundus Masters Course is aimed to students from all over the world with a BA degree in Film Studies, in Arts or in Media Communication studies.
The DOC NOMADS EMMC has three full partners and enjoys the backing of 19 European and non-European associated members.
