Synopsis:
In a coastal community moulded time and again by the power of the sea, an ageing fisherman contemplates the dangers that climate change poses to future generations. Beneath the surface, seahorses cling to an environment that has been invisibly transformed by underwater waste and noise. Amid these difficulties, fishermen confront their fears following a recent maritime accident, while a child fantasises about seahorses beneath a starless sky.
