Angie Obeid´s graduation film PACIFIC, Atsushi Kawayama´s graduation film Lost Three Make One Found and Thiago Carvalhaes´ short documentary Socialist Monopoly will premiere at the 50th Visions du Réel International Documentary Film Festival held in Nyon, Switzerland, from 5 to 13 of April.
The documentary animated short Story of my Triumph directed by Oleksandr Soldatov, a DocNomads student from Ukraine, was selected to the National Competition of the 38th ANIMA - The Brussels International Animation Festival which takes place in Belgium from 1 to 10 March 2019.
Nguyen Hong Quan’s short doc A Theoretical Film, and Pien van Grinsven’s graduation film DOEI were presented in the official selection of DOCfeed Film Festival, held in the city of Eindhoven in the Netherlands between 21 and 24 February.
The first thematic seminar organized by DocNomads with guest participants out of the programme curriculum was held in the 11 and 12 of February at the conference hall of Premier Kultcafé in Budapest.
