The documentary short RIBS, directed by Farah Hasanbegović, will have its World Premiere in the Opening Scenes section of the 53rd Visions du Réel International Film Festival Nyon held between 7 and 17 April in Switzerland.
Two more films directed by DocNomads alumni were also selected to Visions du Reél.
MY UNCLE TUDOR, which has been the recipient of several prizes so far, lately won the Grand Prix at Vilnius International Short Film Festival (Lithuania), the Best Documentary and Best Student Jury Award at Blue Danube Film Festival (Hungary), also the Short of The Year 2021 award at the Short Film Conference’s event held at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival (France).
The Academic Board of DocNomads wishes to express its solidarity with the people of Ukraine and to film schools in its neighbouring countries: their pedagogues, staff and students during this politically turbulent time.

Nicolás Bouchez´s graduation film NADA PARA VER AQUI (NOTHING TO SEE HERE) was awarded a Special Mention in the Best Short Film category of the Generation competition of the 72nd Berlinale.
DOC NOMADS Erasmus Mundus Masters Course is aimed to students from all over the world with a BA degree in Film Studies, in Arts or in Media Communication studies.
