DocNomads film selected to DokuFest, Kosovo
Giorgi Parkosadze’s The Flower by the Road, which premiered in IDFA 2024, was selected for the 24th DOKUFEST - International Documentary and Short Film Festival held between 1 and 9 August in Kosovo.
Also, Only on Earth the latest feature-length documentary of DocNomads alumna Robin Petré was presented in the section Green Dox.

Synopsis:
In a few brief moments in the life of a young girl, we see her drawing on the window with a marker as she sings and chats, and walking along the road on her way to meet her friend, meanwhile surrounded by cars and trucks racing dangerously close to her. The meditative effect of the gentle tempo and dreamy music is intensified by the simplicity of the situations and actions seen. One might even feel envious of the girl who exists entirely in the moment, utterly absorbed, as only children can be.
