DocNomads film in Curtas Vila do Conde, Portugal
The documentary short HOMEM, directed by Fábio Zilberman Iuchno, was selected to the the Take One! competition of the 33rd Curtas Vila do Conde International Film Festival, held from 12 to 20 July, which is is one of the most renowned short-film festivals in Portugal.
Also, No Mean City by Ross McClean, and Bright Summer Days by Nevena Desivojević, alumni from DocNomads, are presenting their most recent short films in the International Competition.

Synopsis:
A group of inmates writes stories about a Man. As they act out their words, their cells transform into childhood bedrooms and other landscapes. But as the lines between imagination and reality blur, we begin to wonder who this Man is.
