Three DocNomads films in FIPADOC, France
Pedro Vinicius´s BUSINESS AS USUAL, Ana Vîjdea’s BLUE, and Marta Smerechynska’s HOME IS 1117 KM AWAY will be presented in the New Talent competition at FIPADOC – International Film Festival Biarritz held in France between 24 January and 1 February.
Also, DAD’s LULLABY, a feature-length documentary by DocNomads alumna Lesia Diak, will be presented in the International Competition.

Synopsis:
Maria, who was forced to leave Ukraine, is seeking a female roommate in Budapest. Talks with potential neighbors about living closely together transition into conversations about the feeling of home and loneliness. When Ukrainian girls visit Maria, the search for a roommate turns into an exchange of personal experiences of the war and displacement.
