The documentary short Mum directed by Siddhant Sarin and presented in the 25th International Festival MUSIC & CINEMA Marseille (MCM) won the Matthieu Hoche Award for Best Documentary, and the Maritima TV "Med in Doc" Award at this festival held in April.

Synopsis:
Through the monotony of everyday realities, we see Sandra, a Mexican immigrant in Lisbon, mother of two, raising her children with a frequently absent Portuguese father. The satirical representation of her conventional familial life leaves us with questions about her personal desires.
