After her studies in Art History at the University of Ghent, Eva Decaesstecker started working as a journalist in the cultural field, combining it with communication work within the performing arts.

Today, she is part of the Audiovisual department of the LUCA School of Arts and provides productional and administrative support for the DocNomads Joint Master.

Next to this, she develops her own multidisciplinary art practice.
