María Grazia Goya is a cinematographer and artist born in Ecuador and currently based in Barcelona.

She has worked on feature length and short films across Latin America, Europe and the Caribbean.

In 2015, she earned an MA in Documentary Film Directing from the graduate program DocNomads, and in 2020 she graduated in Cinematography from the highly esteemed Cuban film school EICTV.

Recently, she was selected as one of the 12 emerging cinematographers at Berlinale Talents 2021.

Her most recent project Calls from Moscow had its world premiere at the 73rd Berlinale 2023, and a North American premiere at The Museum of Modern Art - MoMA in New York. mariagraziagoya.com
