Bálint Bíró is a filmmaker from Hungary.

He studied filmmaking at Arts University Bournemouth in England. In 2018 he was awarded an Erasmus Mundus scholarship by the DocNomads Master’s Course in Documentary Film Directing.

His short film ’Dusk’ premiered at IDFA 2020 and screened at several international film festivals around Europe (Sarajevo Film Festival, FipaDoc, Astra Film festival, Camerimage, BIDF).

He is an alumnus of IDFA Academy 2020, and Sarajevo Talents 2021.
