Tanguy Roosen is a senior legal counsel. He heads the legal department of SACD-SCAM Belgium for nearly 20 years and is an experienced mediator in civil and commercial law. 

He teaches copyright, negotiation and mediation in Belgium and France. 

He chairs the High Council on media education of the French Community.
