Marion Czarny is a programmer and project manager based in Paris.

Holder of a master’s degree in Cultural Project Management from la Sorbonne Nouvelle University, she did part of her studies in the United States (OSU) and Ireland (UCD).

She was an editorial assistant for 3 cinema magazines and worked on the selection committees of several festivals: Paris Film Festival, Rencontres Internationales de cinéma, Ohrid French Film Festival before joining FIPA.

Head of Campus at Fipadoc, she supervises all editorial content for the young audience, students and emerging talents. She manages the different training initiatives such as the Young Europeans Jury, she runs the Regional and European first films pitching sessions, and curates the New Talent selection, developing and strengthening a network of hundreds of alumni. She coordinates and programs two festival networks within Fipadoc: Docs4Teens and Doc Around Europe.

She has been a jury member in over a dozen of festivals around Europe. With her work, she is constantly involved in empowering the youth through the prism of documentaries.
