Appeal

An appeal may be filed solely on the ground of a specified procedural error by DOC NOMADS in the application process.

The appeal must be filed via the appeal e-form

Upon receiving an appeal, the Joint Coordinator of DocNomads informs the Selection Committee, which answers to the candidate via the application assistant in 30 days from the date of the appeal. If the candidate is still not satisfied with the answer, a second appeal can be addressed to the Academic Board of the DocNomads Consortium through a letter referred to the Joint Coordinator. The Academic Board will answer to the candidate in 30 days.

DOC NOMADS provides no oral or written assessment to the applicants about their submitted application materials.
