DocNomads film selected to Tbilisi Film Festival, Georgia
The short documentary Salt and Bread, produced during DocNomads’ latest Summer School in Georgia, was selected to the 20th Tbilisi International Film Festival, held between 1 and 8 December.
The film was directed by a collective of two DocNomads students - Bálint Bíró and Diego Quindere de Carvalho - in collaboration with Salome Razikashvili, a student from TAFU - Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University which is a partner school of DocNomads.

Synopsis:
Mamuka (12) spends the summer high up in the Southern Caucasian mountains with no friends around to play. In his solitude, he finds company in the older men of the village, that eventually initiate him to the traditions of the Georgian table.
