The application packs will be evaluated firstly by the DOC NOMADS Secretariat.

Applications meeting all formal requirements will undergo a pre-selection procedure. Applications rejected on formal grounds will not enter the pre-selection procedure.

Pre-selection is made on the basis of this edition’s set of criteria, which is carried through by a selection-board appointed by the Consortium.

During the pre-selection procedure the jury draws up an absolute ranking list of applicants, and then:

  • - Invites the first qualified 50 applicants to an online interview to be held in early February 2017;

Following this, the jury:

  • - Selects applicants offered to join the Masters course as self-funded students;
  • - Designates applicants not selected for admission.

Applicants will be notified in writing about the selection result no later than 15 March 2017.

The DocNomads Consortium reserves the right to start the next edition only in case there is a sufficient number of quality applicants.

The Consortium commits itself to take the relevant decision during the month of April and to notify all the admitted students no later than April 30 2017.

Enrolled students will sign their “Student Contract” no later than early September.

The “Student Contract” template used by the Consortium, in which the rights and obligations of the two parties are specified, is available here

Its contents may be slightly revised annually, but the updated document will be announced to admitted students prior to their enrolment in the course.

Call for Application to the 2017-2019 (sixth) edition is now closed.

New call will be launched later this year.
