Erik Lambert graduated from Oxford University, with a BA degree in philosophy and psychology; and afterwards went on to complete a film directing degree at the IAD film school in Belgium.  

He works as an independent film director and editor, and worked for many years as an assistant director in short films. In 2007 he co-founded, and currently works as a producer within Stempel, a film production and post-production company based in Brussels. 

He also has fifteen years experience translating and subtitling short films, documentaries and features to English and working as an English voice-over.
