Storing the Personal Data of the Applicants
Data that is provided to DocNomads Consortium is stored on secure servers. The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure and therefore DocNomads Consortium cannot guarantee the security of data sent to the DocNomads Consortium electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk. Data will be stored for the purposes and objectives of the Program and of the institutions involved.
Disclosing Your Personal Data
DocNomads Consortium may transfer the data of the candidates and selected students to the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Commission and it may be used by other bodies involved in the management of EMJMD acting as stakeholders of the programme (i.e. European Commission, Erasmus+ National Offices, EU Delegations, Erasmus Mundus Students and Alumni Associations) for facilitating the student access to the joint programme.
